I am a Cognitive Sciences Certified Coach, certified professional aromatherapist, author of Living Life in the Meantime—an arts based coaching model—herbalist, and glass artist, dedicated to helping you reconnect with your true essence.
With 20+ years of corporate life experience in change, communication, project, and program management, and a Master's in Organizational Change Management, I reinvented myself: by first questioning, listening, exploring, rediscovering, and leaning into what set’s my own soul on fire. Walking along side you as your thought partner, helping you consider your options and unfurl the path towards where you want to go, is my deepest desire.
My goal as a coach is to help you navigate uncertainties and unleash what lights up your soul—with empathy and compassion.
